Johnny Lavoy shows us how to make a side ponytail as seen on Lauren Conrad and Miley Cyrus.

This side ponytail that looks a bit more special than your average one. He uses a clip in hair extension as his model has hair that just touches her shoulders. If your hair is longer like mine, then just omit the extension and work with your natural hair.

This tutorial is very easy to follow, it’s much easier following a video than trying to understand a set of printed instructions, even when they accompany photographs. I tried it myself and managed to create the look quite quickly, although it looked a little different as I don’t have a fringe.
